Short FilmsI have a slight distrust of the seductive, dream-like quality of film. sitting and watch them can make the viewer feel passive. Out of love for the immediacy of the live experience, some of these films have been used as parts of performance. I often work with still images whitch is also a way to break the filmic trance, but also a result of not owning a proper camera! |
